Design Process
• Brief and Research
Before jumping to UIUX design, the client had done the market and target user research. I did my analysis and categorized them accordingly based on their data and findings. While at this stage, I used the app Miro for digital whiteboarding and send it to the stakeholders for feedback.

• Project Organization
During this stage, I had built the content hierarchy for the Seller’s version and proposed a few design concepts. I use the app Notion to document all the research and findings then share them with the stakeholders.

After the stakeholders were happy with all the information, I started building our customer journey on FlowMapp. During this stage as well, I developed user personas based on our target user. I also figured out pop-ups, motions and other small details to further enhance the user experience.
After that, I developed the wireframes of the screens. Then put it on test for a few of our target users for initial feedback. We did multiple iterations at this stage before moving on to the next step.

Then I start to develop the user interface. After completing the design based on the sequence we agreed upon, I will send it to the stakeholders for feedback. We used Zoom as our medium of communication. Having input straight from the developer minimizes the need for redesigning on my part. We finished developing the whole user interface in four months.

• Final Handoff
We did multiple user testing online using my design prototype on Figma. We recorded the findings and gathered the necessary feedback. After the sessions of testing and feedback, I revised my user interface design accordingly. After all the stakeholders were satisfied with the overall progress of the product, I handed my final Figma file to the developer.
